From portraits of yourself to family pictures, some memories are irreplaceable. A portrait made by a professionnel is always very much appreciated and is as much fun to give as it is to receive. Success guaranteed!

A collective photoshoot might be a fantastic way of getting together and having some fun, when we have a great bunch of friends with a nice complicity. Whatsmore, the cost can be divided between all participants. Isn’t that nice!


Includes:

  • The first hour to 1½ hour of shooting;
  • Basic adjustments (colour, contrast, luminosity, white balance, sharpening, etc.);
  • Initial sorting made by the photographer;
  • A private web gallery containing a selection of at least 10 proofs, presented in both colour and monochrome versions (3 versions in all for a total of 30 images), with a logo, in a compressed file format and optimized for web display. The gallery will be available for viewing and downloading photos during a period of two (2) months.
  • A free 8 x12 (or 8 x 10 or 8 x 8), with one 5×7 and two 4 x 6 prints. Complete your package using the information from the table in the Rates tab;

The Gang 1 package  (Everyone in one photo)

Only the group as a unique subject, without any individual shot

Only pictures of the group or family, all together as a whole.  No shots of each member nor parts of the group will be made.  The group in itself is the unique subject of the shooting.

  • Initial sorting made by the photographer;
  • A private mini web gallery containing a minimum of five (5) proofs, presented with a logo, in a compressed file format and optimized for web display. A black and white version of each shot will also be available, for a total of 10 images (2 x 5). The gallery will be available for viewing and downloading photos during a period of two (2) months;
  • A free 5 x 7 for each participant (all the same). Complete your package using the information from the table in the Rates tab.

The Gang 2 – Package (for up to 6 persons)

Photos of the group together as well as of each member individually, and parts of the group.

This is a popular option for family portraits, either in the studio or as a lifestyle shooting. All kinds of shots will be made, like group and individual pictures, as well as any combination of participants that will nicely depict the bonds and relationships between the various group members. We could call this a photoshoot with multiple subjects, even if it is in fact only one group.

  • Two free 8 x 12 (or 8 x 10 or 8 x 8), two 5 x 7 and four 4 x 6 prints. Complete your package using the information from the table in the Rates tab;
  • Your pet(s) can be part of the group too!

Includes:

  • Mini-shooting for one person or a couple;
  • The first 30 to 45 minutes of shooting, either on location as lifestyle photography in natural light.  No studio lighting available for this package;
  • Basic adjustments (colour, contrast, luminosity, white balance, sharpening, etc.);
  • Initial sorting made by the photographer;
  • A private web gallery containing a selection of at least 6 proofs, with a logo, in a compressed file format and optimized for web display. The gallery will be available for viewing and downloading photos during a period of two (2) months.
  • A free 8 x12 (or 8 x 10 or 8 x 8) with two 4 x 6 prints. Complete your package using the information from the table in the Rates tab;
  • 3 to 5 different poses, without any change of clothing;

Where is your studio located?

At my place in Candiac, in your living room, your backyard, out of doors, in a park, downtown, at the lake… In short, anywhere you want, as long as the location is suitable for it.

I would like a photoshoot at home, but I don’t think my decor is suitable.

No problem! I will set up my mobile studio in your house, complete with lighting equipment, backdrop and accessories, if needed.

What is a lifestyle photoshoot?

It’s a type of photography made in a more natural setup, where the subjects are interacting with other subjects and/or their environment. Photos are usually made in ambiant light, if sufficient, or outside. Sometimes, the use of a little burst of flash as a fill-in light is helpful to control unwanted shadows, even in lifestyle photography.

Can the session be held in our backyard or in a park?

Yes, sure!  Usually, there is no problem to shoot outdoors or in a park.  However, a special permission might be required for a photoshoot in busy public locations, especially in town.  But if it can be obtained, why not?

Can my pet(s) take part in our family shooting?

Certainly!  It will make wonderful souvenirs and memories for you and your family!

How can I access my private web gallery?

Highlight the password you have been given, right-click and copy it to your clipboard.
Go to the proof galleries home page, using the following link: http://www.brunetphoto.ca/galerie_client/
Locate your gallery thumbnail and click. Double-click on the row of a dozen little stars to select them and right-click to paste your password. The number of stars should decrease to approximately 7 or 8. Hit the Enter key and you should now be in your gallery.

Why do the photos printed from my CD look different from what I see on my monitor?

Because, as explained in the Options tab of your selected package, the quality of prints may vary from one lab to another. The photographer cannot be held responsible for differences in colour, contrast or luminosity of any photo that the customer chooses to have printed from the CD.

Can I scan a print that I purchased from you in order to make an enlargement?

Definitely not. You have purchased a print, that’s all. There is no copyright or rights to print included in the price of a simple print. You cannot have it scanned by another photographer or printing lab either in order to make an enlargement. You need to purchase a CD to benefit from printing rights.

Can I share my proofs web gallery with my friends and family?

Certainly, as long as the copyrights are respected by all.

Can use pictures from my proofs gallery in my Facebook profile?

Yes, you may! You can download all the pictures you want using the link Download Photo in the menu at the bottom of your gallery. However, please note that it is forbidden to modify any image or crop it in a way to remove the logo. All photos are resized and compressed for web use and will produce awful results if printed, which is not allowed anyway.

I know the photographer very well. Do I still have to pay a reservation deposit?

Absolutely, yes! Sadly, all people who have cancelled their appointment at the last minute or who have changed their minds without letting me know were people who knew me very well…
